You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Resell Scanner provides estimates and informational results only. Item identifications, pricing estimates, resale ranges, condition assessments, and related outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated.
You understand and agree that:
- The app does not guarantee that any item identification is correct.
- The app does not guarantee that any stated retail or resale value reflects actual market value.
- All results should be treated as informational estimates, not professional appraisals, investment advice, financial advice, or guarantees of sale price.
You are solely responsible for verifying item details, authenticity, ownership rights, market value, and pricing before making buying, selling, collecting, or business decisions.
3. User Content
You may submit photos and other content through the service for analysis. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to upload, process, and use it.
By using the service, you represent that your submitted content does not violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
4. Subscription and Billing
Resell Scanner may offer a monthly auto-renewing subscription that provides unlimited scans or other premium features.
- Price: $4.99 per month, unless otherwise shown in the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.
Billing, subscription management, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple, subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.
5. Free Tier and Usage Limits
The service may include a limited free tier, such as a specific number of free scans per week. These limits may change at any time. We may also use technical or anti-abuse measures to enforce scan limits and protect the service from misuse.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the service beyond permitted personal use.
- Abuse free scan limits or attempt to bypass subscription or usage controls.
- Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the app, website, or backend systems.
7. Intellectual Property
Resell Scanner, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by its operator or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service, except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resell Scanner and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the service.
This includes, without limitation, losses arising from inaccurate item identification, incorrect value estimates, failed transactions, subscription disputes handled by Apple, downtime, or data loss.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Resell Scanner from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, abused the service, or created risk or liability for the service or others.
13. Privacy

14. Changes to These Terms
